Our mind needs regular training and exercise, just like our body does, in order to stay mentally and emotionally strong and healthy. Having good emotional fitness means that we can better cope with handling our emotions and our reactions to everyday situations.

Each Whole-istic Living session comprises of phenomenal experiential exercises based on neuroscientific techniques coupled with ancient wisdom, that help you identify and effectively manage your emotions and release the discomfort in the process. Whether you are struggling with an emotional issue or just looking at strengthening your emotional health, this program can help you detox emotionally and lift those emotional weights with ease and grace.

Batch 1: Weekends – Saturday and Sunday 9:30am to 10:00am IST

Batch 2: Weekdays – Tuesdays and Thursdays – 11am to 11:30am IST
